Fees
Traditionally, real estate brokers have charged up to 3% or more as a listing fee.
What does that mean to you? If you own an $800,000 house, agents will typically charge between 2.5-3% for a listing fee. That’s upwards of $24,000 to pay your listing agent! 1% of that same sale is only $8,000. Seems pretty great to me.

Same Great Service
We don't have to reduce our service with a reduction of fees. We are still the same brokers that have sold over 150 million in real estate and served more than 250 clients. Our standards remain the same.

Marketing
Reducing our fees to 1% does require a reduction in expenses to work. To be able to reduce our fees so drastically means that we are reducing our risk by allowing the seller to take control of the marketing costs. We provide our trusted vendors with suggestions and you make the choice.
